TubeWorks Terms of Service

Effective date: 5 October 2026

1. Scope

TubeWorks is an internal software tool operated by Engaij, Inc. ("Engaij", "we", "us"). It is used only by authorised Engaij staff to produce, upload, manage and measure videos on YouTube channels owned by Engaij, Inc. TubeWorks is not offered to the public. These terms apply to anyone authorised to use it.

2. YouTube Terms of Service

TubeWorks uses YouTube API Services. By using TubeWorks, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our handling of data is described in the TubeWorks Privacy Policy, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

Authorised users must:

  • use TubeWorks only for channels owned by Engaij, Inc.;
  • follow the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube Community Guidelines and YouTube API Services policies, including disclosure of altered or synthetic content where required;
  • not use TubeWorks to upload content they do not have the rights to publish, or to mislead viewers;
  • not use data obtained through YouTube API Services for any purpose other than operating Engaij's own channels, and not share it with third parties;
  • keep their access credentials confidential.

4. Human approval

Videos produced with TubeWorks are uploaded as private first and are made public only after a recorded approval by an authorised Engaij staff member.

5. Disclaimers

TubeWorks is provided "as is" for internal use, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Engaij, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of TubeWorks. Availability of TubeWorks depends on third-party services, including YouTube API Services, which may change or become unavailable.

6. Suspension

Engaij may suspend or withdraw access to TubeWorks at any time, including to comply with YouTube or Google policies.

7. Governing entity

TubeWorks is operated by Engaij, Inc., a Delaware corporation. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they were last revised.
