8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Engaij be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
